WHAT WE DID
Navigating the challenges of design-built and installing this project during COVID-19 posed significant hurdles, with limited site access for all parties, including clients and vendors. We overcame these obstacles by maintaining frequent video communications and work with our trusted vendors and working closely with local partners to ensure satisfying results.
Inspiration
Inspired by the company's crude oil production business, the office's narrow entrance showcases a striking element that sets an avant-garde tone. Despite the limited floor space, we designed a compact layout that seamlessly integrates multiple functions, optimizing efficiency for a small team and private client meetings.
The interior features light flooring and warm wood elements, creating a welcoming contrast against the urban backdrop of towering high-rises visible from the facade. Glass partitions strategically divide spaces, allowing natural daylight to flood the office and fostering a healthy, vibrant work environment.
